| Discovery Notes | A soil sample was collected on 22SEPT2022 from the Mount St. Mary's University campus. The sample was collected from a soil bank in close proximity to the Grotto. The air temperature was 83 degrees Fahrenheit. The soil was moist, and light red/brown in color. The area in which the sample was collected had little to no sunlight exposure. The phage was isolated by enrichment culturing at 25 degrees C. |
