Discovery Notes | The soil in which this phage was isolated was moist and slightly wet. It came from the campus garden/compost pile so there was also a lot of organic material. |
Naming Notes | The first image on the TEM had a single phage with an unattached leg. It appeared as if the phage was running, and because I like to run I named my phage the latin translation of running. |
