Plaque NotesOur phage plaques has varied throughout our experiment. At first there was a mixture for lytic and lysogenic plaques in a lot of our plates. We then picked out a lysogenic plaque to take a sample from, and it seemed to be lysogenic until we tested in and got no results of it being lysogenic. We now believe it may be a lytic phage.
