Lysogeny NotesA lysogeny test was performed on DaRealMyers, lasting for sixteen days. Using a spot test on S. mirabilis with serially diluted lysate of DaRealMyers, the life cycle of DaRealMyers could be identified. After sixteen days in the incubator, no mesa was observed on any of the serial dilutions of DaRealMyers . This suggests that DaRealMyers is virulent.
