Plaque NotesThe plaques are clear, indicating my phage is lytic. The plaque sizes ranged from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm. The titer of my phage is 6.8*10^17. As found through electron microscopy, Darlin's tail length was approximately 316.1 nm and the capsid (head) diameter was approximately 68.94 nm. This long tail classifies Darlin as siphoviridae.
