Discovery Notes | My colleague and I struggled when finding our own phage. Our original phage died, so we adopted from other classmates, but that phage died as well. Then our lovely classmates, Edgar and Ashley let us adopt a lysate, and from there everything has been going uphill. *The Longitude is actually a negative* Spot Titer: 1.167x10^9 pfu/mL |
Naming Notes | The name came from a mashup of my nickname and my colleagues name. My nickname is Rosie and my colleagues name is David. So we combined them and got Dosie, the 101 part comes form Zoey 101, the t.v show. |

Plaque Notes | Dosie 101, has been with my colleague and I for a short period of time, but has been fantastic. The plaques have been very prominent, circular and clear. We are so happy that our colleagues let us adopt this fantastic phage. |
