Discovery NotesI had isolated a different phage before Drippy, but the titer was not high enough so I had to switch phages (I now call this phage Drippy Jr).
Naming NotesMy mom was making brownies and let me have the bowl. As she gave it to me she said, "watch the drip," and my dad said, "it's drippy". For some reason that struck me as a good phage name.
