Naming Notes | This phage's name was inspired by the NBC television show, The Office. On the show a lead character is Dwight Schrute who is known to be the absolute oddball in the office. He has a strange personality, and is the root of many of Jim's (another lead character's) pranks. However despite the incessent nonsense of the boss, and the rudimentary tasks taht are asked of him Dwight is endlessly loyal. In relation to my phage, I have put it through endless experiments and different environments and it stays consistently loyal to me--as I sometimes feel the crazy boss, Michael Scott. Also DwightPhrute has demonstrated some character in the times that it has not always shown up in the way I wanted it to in a spot titer, but all in all, at the end of the day, its loyalty remains. |
