Discovery NotesDiscovered in Central Park after the snow fall in late February. Collection happened in a mulch and wood chip mix near the stadium seats in a sunny area roughly 4 cm deep.
Naming NotesThe name Enola was drawn from Enola Gay, the B-29 heavy bomber that was used by the United States on August 6, 1945, to drop an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan. The Trump Administration recently removed the article from the US government website acknowledging Enola Gay due to the political bias of the word 'Gay'. The 05 at the end represents my birth year, 2005.
