Discovery NotesThe soil was very dense and moist at the time of collecting. It was a little tough to dig through.
Naming NotesThe name came from my childhood, when I tried to pronounce "Land" and instead I said "Lanius". I just added an "Ex" in front to represent the opposite of bacteria.
