Discovery Notes | Flores is a phage that started by being lytic and lysogenic to just being lytic. The range of diameter of it was .2mm-2mm throughout the process. There were some times where it would leave clear plates but overall it did a good job in showing good amount of plaques. |
Naming Notes | I decided to name my phage Flores because Flores is flowers in Spanish and I really like flowers. |
