Discovery NotesThis phage was isolated from soil that was collected at 2430 25th St. in Kenner, Louisiana. The soil is located about two feet from a concrete carport on the right side of the house, and is approximately 5 feet from the side garden. The soil is an example of peaty soil. It consists of decaying matter and is soft to the touch. It is extremely moist, and it is constantly walked on. The soil is dark brown in color. The soil i collected was 7cm. deep in the ground. THe approximate temperature was 90 degrees fahrenheit and partly cloudy.
