Plaque Notes | For weeks, the plaques were 2 different morphologies. Always lytic, but two different sizes (large and small). After repeated spot tests (10 step dilutions) all achieving the same 2 sized plaques, I continued on with the procedure of purifying and analyzing the DNA of the phage. |
