Discovery NotesMy sample was collected in my neighborhood.
The soil sample is located in South Florida, a tropical climate region. The weather is primarily sunny and hot. I chose this location because ducks and other animal life reside here so I assumed the soil would be rich.

The soil was damp when collected. Its texture was grainy.
Naming NotesI chose this name because my lab partners and I called ourselves team Giants.
