| Discovery Notes | The location is in the back of Griffith Hall at The University of the Sciences where there are some bushes next to the windows. The soil was collected near the building where there is moderate foot traffic. The soil is slightly damp and there is a lot of vegetation around. Many animals are also present. |
| Naming Notes | I watched a movie called "The Secret Life of Pets," and the name of one of the characters was Gidgit. I liked that name and decided to name my phage Gidgit. |

| Plaque Notes | The plaques are pin like. They are less than or equal to 1mm in diameter. The phage does not appear to be density dependent. As concentration of phage added decreases in each plate, significant amount of phage is decreased as well. At high concentrations, the phage kills all of the bacteria. The plaques that are created are clear. They are not very turbid indicating that this is a lytic phage. |
