| Discovery Notes | It was found in moist soil from a garden bed by Lichty Hall under woodchips, about 1 or 2 inches from the surface(or about 2.5-5 cm). I collected the soil at about 8:54 PM on September 16,2019 and the temperature outside was 67 degrees Fahrenheit. |
| Naming Notes | The phage is named after a Dwarf character in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, which I am a fan of. Dwarfs are also associated with the ground, which is where I isolated my phage. |
