Discovery NotesThe soil sample was collected from an outdoor site adjacent to the sidewalk in front of the Mary Townes Science Building. The surroundings included grass and small bushes, providing a mix of shaded and partially exposed ground conditions. The soil itself was dark brown in color and moderately moist at the time of collection. Its texture was primarily sandy with slight loamy characteristics.
Naming Notes“Go” represents the letter G and the number 0, with 0 (young) pronounced similarly to “영 (young)” in Korean, reflecting the researcher’s own name, Jiyoung Park.
