The sample was taken from 7.62cm into the soil in moist soil conditions. |

Plaque Notes | Bacteriophage Goop was isolated after 8 rounds of purification, with a length of incubation time of 48 hours each round. After 8 rounds sufficiently webby plates were formed resulting in a HTL titer of 2.6*10^9pfu/ml. Bacteriophage Goop formed round, turbid plaques of 2mm in diameter. |
