Discovery NotesJanuary 15, 2020. There was snow on the ground, but not over where we got our sample from. It was dirt from under an uprooted piece of lawn. The soil was soft and not frozen.
Naming NotesOur results for each part of the experiment were always mediocre(we never had a ton of phage and never had to restart). "Okurr" is a popular phrase during this time. We combined the two words to create this unique name for our phage.
