| Discovery Notes | The soil was collected on 09/02/2019 at 4:43pm in an area consisting of clover and grass. The sample area was approximately 8-10 feet away from trees surrounding half of the area. The other half surrounding the area was approximately 20 feet away from a parking lot and therefore was open to wind. The sample was not currently in the sun but would have been earlier in the day. There were also a lot of small, biting, flying insects and ants. The soil collected was bare-topped, loose, dark brown/black, grainy, clumpy, moist, and contained pebbles and sticks. |

| Plaque Notes | The plaques are clear in the center but the margins are turbid. However, the margins are still clearly defined despite the turbidity. The plaques change size based on how webbed the plate is. When there are less plaques they are larger, and when the plates are more webbed the plaques are smaller. Often there will be two slightly different plaque sizes present with one marginally larger than the other, despite four rounds of purification. |
