Discovery NotesFound in an area with wet, nutrient rich and fertilized soil, and flowers. Soil is not homogeneous, but has many large fragments such as wood chips.
Naming NotesThe EM images show Gusher as an n-gon, hexagonal in a 2D plane. Gusher clumps together as well, much like the popular fruit snack made by Betty Crocker©. By the preparation, Gusher seems to be without a tail, and is only a head. For this reason it was originally given the ironic name Headless Horseman. However, the name Gusher incorporates both the hexagonal shape of the phage, and the vulgar image of an attack by the infamous Headless Horseman.
