Plaque Notes | Plaque diameter: 1mm plaque radius: 0.5mm I had a smaller plaque which was 1mm in diameter. the radius was 0.5mm. Blu only went through two rounds of purification and then went through the rest of the protocols as usual. There was a high number needed for the PFU in order to make the webbed plates. The phage was lytic. This was known because the phage was clear and see through. The TEM had a long tail and a big circular head. |
