Discovery NotesThe phage isolated were discovered from a sample obtained from the mud of a tire track outside of a popular restaurant. The sample was taken in the early morning and contained both hard soil and watery soil. The harder soil collected had a clay like texture.
Naming NotesThe name of this phage is a play on phonics to combine my family name with my sample name. The original sample was called E1 because it was the first labeled spot found on an enriched culture sample.
