Discovery NotesSoil was collected from a wooded area in Peavine Creek at Emory University. The soil is extremely dry, sandy, brittle, has plant growth, and is light brown in color. The sample was collected from the top surface.
Naming NotesMy phage is named after my mother, Hengyu, who's an incredibly intelligent and passionate scientist. She is also my biggest supporter and my greatest role model.
