| Discovery Notes | The characteristics of my collection site was wet, sandy, and muddy, with multiple plants growing nearby. I collected it in 2in. deep dirt. It had just rained the night before I collected my sample. |

| Plaque Notes | Plaques appeared turbid, circular and well defined. The plaque size was small to medium, roughly around 1-3mm in diameter. Many of the plaques are uniform, but some were slightly larger than others, with the bacterial lawn still visible under the plaques. |
