Discovery NotesDiscovered Aug. 25, 2011. The sample type was dry soil. The area surrounding was composed of dry dirt under moss. The depth of where the sample was taken was about one inch. 73°F was the current temperature when the sample was taken. Elevation 1069 ft.

Plaque NotesThe plaque size was roughly one millimeter. In the beginning we had four different size plaques during our generations we narrowed it down to one. Several of our generations cleared the plate because we had a strong phage. We had clear plaques they were never really murky.
