The sample was collected under a bush which was covered by the shadow of the Porter building. |

| Plaque Notes | cloudy plaques with halo like figure surrounding each plaque, indicating a temperate phage. When isolated, each plaque was around 2mm in diameter. When EM pictures were taken, the tail ranged from 350nm-300nm and an average head size of 70nm. This indicated that it was a Siphoviridae phage. |
