Plaque NotesOur 10^-5 dilution showed isolated plaques, with a diameter size of 0.575 cm, are lesser in number due to the higher dilution factor than undiluted Sample 1. The isolated circular plaque has a clear outer ring with a darker, smaller inner circle ring like a bullseye in the center. The plaques stay consistent in morphology among all of the isolated plaques.
