Discovery Notes | This phage was discovered in the soil from a vegetable garden.The soil was a mix between red sand, medium brown sand and a small amount of compost. The sample was enriched and then incubated for 24 hours at 37 degrees Celsius before a phage plaques were observed |

Plaque Notes | The phage plaques observed were clear/translucent, with a diameter of approximately 3-5 mm. The plaques were flat and circular in shape. Many of the plaques were completely isolated after the serial dilutions, however, about every third plaque tended to have one or two more plaques growing off of an original plaque |
