Discovery NotesI took my soil sample on May 29 at 8:29 a.m. From my backyard garden. The temperature outside was 82 degrees Fahrenheit. The soil was taking by digging down 2 inches in depth approximately. The soil is quite moist due to the rain. The soil taking was between trees, and flowers. Also, the area commonly is used by my dogs to make poop and pee.
Naming NotesJesp-cha when I was collecting the soil, I thought my dogs do their necessities there. Then, at the beginning of working with the phage, It was very playful, but all the process it result very good.
