| Discovery Notes | My sample was collected on the Johns Hopkins University campus near the Fresh Food Cafe on February 14th, 2018. The area had some vegetation. The weather was 48 degrees Celsius and mostly cloudy. Also, the soil was fairly damp due to the weather conditions. |
| Naming Notes | My phage name came from my childhood and current obsession with Nick Jonas. I believe my phage is rather cute and bears a strong resemblance to the level of cuteness Nick Jonas has as a human being. They both have a unique charm to them. |

| Lysogeny Notes | Lysate was left out at room temperature for around 2-3 days. Even though this occurred, the lysate high titer exceeded the required concentration and resulted to be 11.2E9 pfu/ml. |

| Plaque Notes | The plaques were round in shape and approximately 6 mm in diameter. The plaque morphology was at first clear. However, throughout the rounds of serial dilutions, the plaques appeared to have a small clear center and a thick cloudy ring around the center. Overall, they ended up changing morphologies from clear to cloudy. |
