Plaque NotesOur plate contained approximately 68 plaques. Most of these plaques were larger in diameter other than about 9 or 10, that were about one quarter of the size of the larger plaques. Some of the large plaques were also touching and even overlapping. Other than that, the plate appears to be clear and showed no sign of contamination.
