| Discovery Notes | I collected my soil from a construction site right opposite the Lion Hall dorm. The day I collected it was a day after it rained and was very moist. The soil type was silt loam with some organic material, which included sediment, leaves, and a few stems. I collected about 2 inches from the surface. |

| Plaque Notes | small, round, clear consistently; during amplification, however, two morphologies surfaced on accident during the procedure, but we were able to redo the process to isolate one type of morphology. Regardless, the the look of the plaques were consistent. |
