Plaque Notes | There were five plaques on the original agar plate from the first isolation. One of the plaques was far bigger than the rest, with a diameter of 10 mm. It is clear with a halo surrounding. The other four plaques each have a diameter of 1 mm spread out over the plate; they are all clear and circular. There are no bubbles on the plate, either, as a form of contamination. |
