Discovery NotesAt approximately 2: 30 P.M, I collected my bacteria soil sample at 37.27155° North and 76.71640° West and at an elevation of 65° Northeast. A little disturbed by the smell that was being emitted from the sewage area, I choose to look more into the ecosystem of the sewage lake near the Randolph complex and the frat houses in front of the Commons dining hall. Sadly, my sneakers witnessed the true horror of the moist swampy soil. However, this setup made me more determined to use this area for my soil sample. After retrieving about a fistful/ 5-7 scoops of soil, I submitted my sample for review, hoping for the best.
Naming NotesBecause this soil had been raised in a tough environment and emerged as a strong, brave phage, it seemed that King Chadwick was the best name for this phage.
