Plaque NotesKittens2 displays both large and small plaques. Although this tends to mean that two phage are present, testing was done to ensure that it is in fact just one phage. Kittens2 has plaques that range in size from 1-2mm. The plaques are clear and circular. Kittens2, based off of the amount of trouble amplifying its presence, is very difficult to work with. This may suggest a small burst size.
