Discovery NotesThe phage may be similar to Seume and Katherine. The phage was found in a pile of clean (screened) compost along the north side of Doctor Klyczek's house in Hudson, WI. The soil condition was very loose and semi-moist. The soil depth was 30mm. The air temperature was 55 degrees F. Also, the weather was sunny and dry.
Naming NotesThis name was chosen because the soil sample came from Doctor Klyczek's compost from her home in Hudson, WI. We combined "Kly" from Klyczek and "comp" from the compost.
