Discovery NotesGeneral location is RiverPark Place Marina, green area near apartments.
Curbside under a tree. Ohio River flooding zone, flooded soil one day prior. Collected soaked soil. In winter (time of year sample was collected in) people interaction not common.
Naming NotesName "Komet" was chosen because it is how you write comet in my native Slovenian language. The first time plaques were observed it looked like the turbidity was present only on one side, making it look like a comet. It was later decided tail was observed due to experiment error, it wasn't observed later on other plaques.
