| From enriched soil sample? | No |
| Isolation Temperature | 37°C |
| GPS Coordinates | Unavailable |
| Discovery Notes | Phage sample was collected from a canine used back yard in an urban environment. The back yard contained little to no grass with wet soil that contained a higher clay based soil content. Collection temperature was recorded at 26.6C. |
| Naming Notes | The phage is named from a combination of each of our dog's names- Rocco and Kai. |
| Sequencing Information | |
| Sequencing Complete? | No |
| Genome length (bp) | Unknown |
| Character of genome ends | Unknown |
| Fasta file available? | No |
| Characterization | |
| Cluster | Unclustered |
| Subcluster | -- |
| Lysogeny Notes | The lysogenic plaques possessed clear centers with uneven margins that were observed as fuzzy and uneven in appearance. The plaques were measured between 4.5 and 5.5mm |
| Annotating Institution | Unknown or unassigned |
| Annotation Status | Not sequenced |
| Plaque Notes | Both types of plaques were observed at different stages- EM however proved that we had successfully isolated only 1 phage. The lytic plaques were small, very clear with rounded even margins and measured 2-3mm in diameter. |
