Discovery NotesThis sample was taken at 6-8 cm deep in relatively damp soil. The sample spot was 15 feet from a local road and 7 feet from a sidewalk with heavy foot traffic. The direct spot where the sample was taken does not receive heavy foot traffic. The only traffic in this area are lawnmowers, leaf blowers and other machinery (depending on the season).

Plaque NotesThis phage formed plaques between 3-6mm throughout the streak plates and titers. the plaque growth was very dense. The plaques we mostly clear and had defined boundaries that, at low dilutions, were easy to count.
