| Plaque Notes | Small, pinpoint, clear plaques less than or equal to 1mm in diameter, with well-defined boundaries. Genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry. The sequence assembled into ten contigs, with the longest one being 6589 bp with 87% query cover, 96.15% identity to Rasputia (GC). The sequence was assembled into a second-longest contig of 6305 bp with 99% query cover, 98.58% identity to Rasputia (GC). |
