Discovery Notes | The soil I chose was from Lisle Naperville Illinois. It had a crunchy texture which was dry. The dirt was found near a pond which was easily accessible. To prevent contamination of the environment I used gardening gloves and a shovel to gather the sample. I got roughly 1/2 pound of soil. The sample's physical characteristics were described as, dark brown with little fragments of wood and roots spread around. |
Naming Notes | I named my phage after my favorite basketball player LeBron James. |
