| Plaque Notes | My phage was very easy to plate, and I was able to get a phage appearance on the first try and didn't have trouble with the soil I picked. Completing the purification and amplification process I was not able to complete a webbed plate, and my plaques were very big and started to turn faint and whiter on my last round. |
