| Discovery Notes | The sample was collected 7 in below the surface. The soil was moist but not very wet. It was collected under a mulched area that had bushes. The soil collected was right next to persistent mushrooms that had been continuously growing for a couple of weeks. It was collected during the day on a sunny, hot day. |

| Plaque Notes | This phage produces a clear circular shape, around 2-3mm in length. It also produced a cloudy oval shape that was anywhere from pinpoint to 1mm in length. In a 10 fold dilution series at 10^-8 the smaller plaques stop showing up. |
