Discovery NotesSoil was mostly dry. Found in a floor pot in lab, that grew a little tree. The soil was filled with organic material;mostly dead foliage from the plant itself. Found at about 2.5 cm and kept at room temperature, 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
Naming NotesThe moment I saw Tiny, she was very difficult to see. She was much smaller than the plaques that I had isolated. After a series of full plate titers, her true morphology began to emerge. She was tiny and very turbid. In order to see her clearly, a light microscope was used to see her.
Then it hit me, TeenyTiny or Little Tiny?
I chose LittleTiny.
