Discovery NotesFound 2 cm into a compost pile. Sunny and dry day, 4:45 pm at 70 degrees F. Surface scrapings of the top soil where the trash cans are usually stored. Soil was slightly moist and contained a few worms. The yard where the soil was collected harbors a huge colony of obese squirrels, and frequent visitors include cute bunny rabbits, deer, and butt ugly wild turkeys. The yard is also home to a thriving community of very bizarre vegan mice who occasionally gain entrance to the house to feast solely on bananas and cherries.
