Plaque NotesDue to lack of halo surrounding the phage and clear sharp edged plaque morphology, it was determined that the phage is likely to be lytic and not temperate. Due to the distinct triangular facets around the spherical head and the head diameter it was determined that the phage was likely to be in the Siphoviridae family.
