Discovery NotesFound in an urban community garden bed, near a cement footpath. There were both live and decaying plants present. Fairly warm and humid day, slightly raining. Sample from about 4 cm below the surface.
Naming NotesTowards the end of the process, both the DNA sample and the High Titer Lysate were lost and had to be remade, setting me back about a month. The phage is named Lost in honor of its long and troublesome history.
