Discovery NotesSoil was wet since it recently rained, sunny during collection. Sample came from flower bed in front of Amaravati Indian Cuisine. A series of purifications were done to ensure only one phage is present by taking phages from an isolated plaque and repeatedly plating them to make sure the plaques were consistent.
