Discovery NotesAt 4:41 pm CET, we (Carter, Emily, and Megan) collected a soil sample from a wildflower patch beside the apartments located on campus at LeTourneau University. Carter removed the top foliage first, to reveal a slightly moist soil underneath. He then dug a hole about two inches deep and an inch wide with a plastic spoon, then collected over 5g to use as our first soil sample.
